ENIRDELM 2010 - Programstructure

Hansági Ferenc Educational Foundation has been established by the well - known catering experts of Szeged and it has been operated by them since 1991, in Szeged.
In this year 500 students take part in full-time education and training in three main training forms.
According to the number of the students the remedial program is the smallest but it is significant, it is within the framework of the I. reintegrational component of the Development Programme of Vocational School. In vocational training the number of students is similar, it prepares the students for cook, waiter and confectioner professions. Secondary Technical School prepares and supports the students for the final exam within the framework of the catering – tourism profession and aims at joining them the vocational training.

Our more important developments were during the last year:
  • Integrated – contented subject moduls, development and use of the auxiliary materials of multimedia in the education(since 1996).
  • Participaiton in the general studies and the reintegrated components of Vocational School Development Programme (2003 – 2006).
  • Use of project method in the vocational classes (from 2004).
  • Use of the project type methods in the general studies and the vocational guidance in the 9-10. classes of vocational school (since 2005).
  • Introduction of individual development in the sequential classes (since 2005).
  • HEFOP 3.1.3 Within the framework of ”Preparation for the competence-based education” project, the competence-based curriculum, introduction of the cooperative methods usage in the sequential classes (2006-2008).
  • Providing for 288 students with professional training possibilities in foreign countries since 2002 (European Quality Award, ’Nivó’ Award for the realization of the projects, moreover, approved applicant acknowledgement).
  • Within the framework of the operation of the quality guidance system regular measurements, evaluations, self-evaluations, associating with external evaluation (Regional Quality Award, Award for the General Education Quality, acknowledgements).
