You can register yourself to take part in the conference through the conference website.
Conference Fee

The full fee for the conference will be as follows:
• 250 Euros, if paid before 30th June (early birds)
• 285 euros, if paid after 30th June

All payment transfers should be made in euros to the account specified on the registration form.

Please note that the full conference fee includes the following:
• Use of all conference facilities
• Access to the full conference programme
• Conference documents
• Opening buffet
• All refreshment breaks
• Breakfasts, lunches and evening meals
• Cultural events
• ENIRDELM Party
• Conference proceeding

If you really cannot cover 285 € participation fee, then send a message and we will try reduce it.
The conference is organised financially mainly on participation fees, therefore please pay fully and on time.

Day Delegate Rate
f you want to take only one or two days program of the conference, you can choose it. You can find the prices in the followings:

A reduced day rate will be available:
• on Thursday 16th September: 55 €
• on Friday 17th September: 90 €
• on Saturday 18th September 75 €.

This will cover access to the conference programme and facilities for the day as well as lunch (on Friday and Saturday), coffee and tea.
An additional charge of 30 € is payable if day delegates wish to have dinner on Thursday evening, 35 € for taking part in the reception on Friday evening, and 40 € for the conference party and program on Saturday evening. If you want to have a daily rate or day delegate rate please send an e-mail to the following e-mail address: enirdelm@kovi.u-szeged.hu specyfing on what day(s) you want to come.

Guests
If you wish to bring your husband / wife / partner / other family members and they do not wish to participate in the conference (at set fee) but would like to attend dinners and the cultural program of the conference program, their additional costs will be 100 €.
Cancellation of Bookings
Requests for refunds must be made in writing.
Please, note that cancellations received before 15th August, 2010 will be refunded with a 25% cancellationcharge.
Cancellations made after 15th August 2010, are not eligible for a refund.
